Nigel graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010. While in Law School, Nigel was involved in the Family Law project, 519 Wills Project and travelled to Delphi, India for four months where he completed Pro Bono work for the Human Rights Law Network. Nigel completed his articling term and was an associate at a boutique Personal Injury Law firm where he practiced Civil Litigation, Family Law, Immigration Law and Estates before joining Aaron Waxman and Associates in January 2012. Since his Call to the Bar in 2011, Nigel's practice has focused on Personal Injury Litigation. Nigel advocates on behalf of injured victims involving tort litigation, accident benefits, slip and falls, chronic pain, head trauma/brain injuries, long term disability, pediatric cases, and orthopedic cases. Nigel has appeared at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court. Nigel is a member of the law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
